Written Paper Pattern

The pattern for the off-campus was somewhat like:
1. Logical reasoning (30 questions) in 40 min
2. English section (40 questions) in 35 min

Logical section:
1. 2 puzzle tests
2. 5 figure based questions (like odd figure out)
3. 5 questions on data sufficiency.
4. 5 questions on logical reasoning
5. Data interpretation - 5 questions
6. Series completion.

English section:
1. Reading comprehension-10 questions
2. Paragraph formation -5 questions.
3. Theme detection -7 questions
4. To fill in the blanks with appropriate option. - 8 questions
5. Sentence correction- 10 questions

Interview (Mainly HR only)
Interview is not very tough, just be what you are.
They simply check ones communication skills & confidence.
They may give some puzzles and check how you try to solve it, situational reactions are important, its not necessary that you need to solve the puzzles completely.
